特发性膜性肾病患者脂代谢对免疫抑制剂联合糖皮质激素治疗效果的影响

Impact of Lipid Metabolism on the Therapeutic Efect of Immunosuppressive Agents Combined with Glucocorticoids in Patients with Idiopathice Membranous Nephropathy

目的探讨特发性膜性肾病患者脂代谢对免疫抑制剂联合糖皮质激素治疗效果的影响。方法86例行免疫抑制剂联合糖皮质激素治疗的特发性膜性肾病患者根据治疗效果分为未好转组和好转组,比较两组的基线资料和脂代谢指标,分析治疗效果的相关影响因素。结果治疗6个月后,86例特发性膜性肾病患者中16例未好转,占比18.60%。未好转组的TC、TG水平高于好转组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,TC、TG水平是特发性膜性肾病患者免疫抑制剂联合糖皮质激素治疗效果的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论特发性膜性肾病患者的脂代谢水平会对免疫抑制剂联合糖皮质激素的治疗效果产生影响。

Objective To explore the impact of lipid metabolism on the therapeutic effect of immunosuppressive agents combined with glucocorticoids in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods A total of 86 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy treated with immunosuppressive agents combined with glucocorticoids were divided into non-improved group and improved group according to the therapeutic effect.The baseline data and lipid metabolism indicators of the two groups were compared,and the related influencing factors of therapeutic effect were analyzed.Results After 6 months of treatment,16 of 86 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy did not improve,accounted for 18.60%.The levels of TC and TG in the non-improved group were higher than those in the improved group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that TC and TG levels were the influencing factors of the therapeutic effect of immunosuppressive agents combined with glucocorticoids in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Lipid metabolism level of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy will affect the therapeutic effect of immunosuppressive agents combined with glucocorticoids.
