京津冀数字经济对产业结构升级的影响研究

Countermeasures for Coordinated Development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

随着数字技术的发展,以数字经济作为新引擎驱动产业结构升级已经成为共识。为探究京津冀地区数字经济在产业结构升级中发挥的作用,首先进行理论机制分析,之后构建固定效应模型。利用京津冀地区2013—2020年的面板数据,系统分析了数字经济对产业结构升级影响的直接效应和中介效应。结果表明:京津冀地区数字经济发展显著促进了产业结构升级;金融发展是京津冀地区数字经济推动产业结构升级的重要传导路径。据此提出建议:京津冀地区应大力推进数字经济发展,积极引导数字经济赋能金融发展,进而促进产业结构转型升级。

With the development of digital technology,it has become a consensus to use the digital economy as a new engine to drive the upgrading of industrial structure.To explore the role of digital economy in the upgrading of industrial structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper conducts theoretical mechanism analysis firstly,and then constructs a fixed effect model.Using panel data from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2013 to 2020,this paper systematically analyzes the direct effect,intermediary effect and synergistic situation of digital economy on industrial structure upgrading in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results show that the development of digital economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has significantly promoted the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure;financial development is an important transmission path for the digital economy to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;the digital economy promotes the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure by optimizing the financial environment.There is an imbalance in the development of digital economy and the incoordination of industrial structure upgrading in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on this,suggestions are proposed:the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should promote the interconnection and interconnection of digital infrastructure,jointly build and share digital platforms and accelerate the cultivation of high-end industrial clusters.Taking multiple measures simultaneously to improve the level of coordinated development of the digital economy and promote industrial upgrading and coordination within the region.
