摘要
面对数字化转型的大势所趋,高职院校工商企业管理专业应该克服自身学科特性等因素带来的困难进行变革。数字化转型的目标要基于工作岗位,聚焦行业情境;转型的路径要围绕更新教育理念、数字化教学资源建设、数字化教学平台应用、加强师资队伍建设、深化校企合作五方面展开。其中,校企合作是关键,通过共建数字化资源、联合培养人才、共享资源与技术三种形式发挥积极作用。
In the face of the trend of digital transformation,the business and enterprise management major in vocational colleges should overcome the difficulties brought about by its own disciplinary characteristics and other factors to undergo transformation.The goal of digital transformation should be based on job positions and focus on industry contexts;the path of transformation should revolve around five aspects:updating educational concepts,constructing digital teaching resources,applying digital teaching platforms,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and deepening school enterprise cooperation.Among them,school enterprise cooperation is crucial,playing a positive role through three forms:jointly building digital resources,jointly cultivating talents,and sharing resources and technology.
