基于蜂巢思维的配电网能源规划理念及模型研究

摘要 “双碳”战略背景下,配电系统形态正面临巨大挑战,随着可再生能源大规模接入,配电系统正朝着“源网荷储”四要素的演变方向发展。针对这一挑战,基于蜂巢思维(hive mind)在配电网规划中的适用性,提出了蜂巢态配电网规划模型。首先,通过分析“蜂巢态”的物理架构、运行模式、演进和交互,构建了蜂巢思维配电网物理拓扑结构;其次,采用5G切片技术,搭建“5G+自组网”的信息架构进行通信;最后,使用马尔科夫决策模型(MDP)预测理论,将试验结果代入其中进行分析。结果显示,与传统配电网规划相比,提出的规划模型在投资成本、电力损失、负载损失以及可再生能源削减方面均取得了显著降低效果;在IEEE三类总线的配电网络下,分别比传统配电网规划节省68.18%、82.89%和90.81%的计算时间。该规划可满足高比例分布式能源接入电网时的能源自治要求,对于提高配电网灵活性、可靠性、柔性适配度与经济效益的具有积极意义。 In the context of the"dual carbon"strategy,the form of distribution systems is facing enormous challenges.With the large-scale integration of renewable energy,the distribution system is evolving towards the four elements of"source network load storage".In response to this challenge,a hive state distribution network planning model was proposed based on the applicability of hive mind in distribution network planning.Firstly,by analyzing the physical architecture,operation mode,evolution,and interaction of the hive state,a physical topology structure of the hive mind distribution network was constructed.Secondly,using 5G slicing technology,an information architecture of"5G+ad hoc network"for communication was established.Finally,the Markov Decision Model(MDP)prediction theory was used to analyze the experimental results.The results showed that compared with traditional distribution network planning,the proposed planning model achieved significant reductions in investment costs,power losses,load losses,and renewable energy reduction.Under the distribution network of IEEE three types of buses,the calculation time was saved by 68.18%,82.89%,and 90.81%compared to traditional distribution network planning,respectively.Therefore,this plan can meet the energy autonomy requirements when a high proportion of distributed energy is connected to the power grid,and has a positive significance for improving the flexibility,reliability,flexibility adaptability,and economic benefits of the distribution network.
