深埋薄基岩层不同采高下工作面矿压显现及片帮防治技术

摘要 针对赵固二矿煤层埋深大、基岩薄、松散层厚以及顶板条件差等问题,以赵固二矿11050工作面为工程背景,运用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测等方法,研究了11050工作面在不同回采高度条件下,工作面的支承压力分布特征以及塑性区演化规律等。研究结果表明,不同采高条件下,煤壁前方均会产生应力集中,随着采高的增大,应力峰值点逐渐向煤壁深处转移,影响范围也随之逐渐增大;随着采高的增加,采煤工作面直接顶、基本顶塑性区范围逐渐增大。现场实测表明,增加开采高度,会导致煤壁片帮深度的增加,并提出了一系列防治煤壁片帮的措施。研究可为赵固二矿安全高效开采提供指导。 In view of the problems of deep coal seam,thin bedrock,thick loose layer and poor roof conditions in Zhaogu No.2 Coal Mine,taking the No.11050 working face of Zhaogu No.2 Coal Mine as the engineering background,using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site measurement methods,the distribution characteristics of supporting pressure and the evolution law of plastic zone in No.11050 working face under different mining heights were studied.The research results indicate that under different mining height conditions,stress concentration occurs in front of the coal wall.As the mining height increases,the peak stress point gradually shifts towards the depth of the coal wall,and the range of influence also gradually increases.As the mining height increases,the range of the plastic zone of the direct top and basic top of the coal mining face gradually increases.On-site measurements showed that increasing the mining height would lead to an increase in the depth of coal wall spalling,and a series of measures were proposed to prevent coal wall spalling.The research can provide guidance for the safe and efficient mining of Zhaogu No.2 Coal Mine.
