创新是民族进步与发展的动力,是推动产业革新的重要举措。近年来,在产业创新实践背景下,形成的电子商务全新发展模式,能够解决高校就业难的问题,并为学生网络创业带来新的平台。面对网络时代发展的契机,聚焦当前电子商务创新创业人才培养现状与问题,探索人才培养模式创新路径。紧紧围绕为国育才这一目标,落实创新举措,通过搭建创新创业实践平台、构建人才培养体系、落实创新教学办法,实现人才培养与创新创业融会贯通,全面提升人才的创新创业技能,促进创新创业人才的精准就业。

Innovation is the driving force for national progress and development,and an important measure to promote industrial innovation.In recent years,under the background of industrial innovation practice,a new development model of e-commerce has been formed,which can solve the problem of difficult employment in universities and bring new platforms for students'online entrepreneurship.Facing the opportunity of the development of the Internet era,we willfocus on the current status and problems of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in e-commerce,and explore innovative paths for talent cultivation models.Focusing closely on the goal of cultivating talents for the country,we will implement innovative measures,establish an innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform,build a talent cultivation system,and implement innovative teaching methods to achieve the integration of talent cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship,comprehensively improve talents'innovation and entrepreneurship skills,and promote the precise employment of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
