新时代下高师院校卓越教师培养的实践与探索

The Practice and Exploration on the Training of Normal Colleges Excellent Teachers in the New Age

目前我国进入中国特色社会主义建设的新时代。新时代召唤优质教育,基础教育事业迫切需要卓越师资力量。高师院校是广大教师队伍的主要培养基地,建立和完善科学、合理的卓越教师培养机制至关重要。首先论述了新时代下卓越教师的内涵以及能力要求,进而按照师范专业认证的标准和要求就卓越数学教师的培养机制进行探索与研究,并结合忻州师范学院数学系“卓越教师实验班”的培养实践加以说明,对于开展卓越教师培养有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Entering the new period of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,good education is called for in the new era,and the cause of education needs excellent teachers.Normal universities are the main bases of training teachers.It is very important to establish and perfect scientific and reasonable excellent teacher training mechanism.Firstly,it discusses the connotation and ability requirements of excellent teachers in this paper.Significantly,the training mechanism of excellent mathematics teachers are explored and researched in accordance with the standards and requirements of teacher professional certification.At last,it is combined to make an explanation the training practice of the excellent teachers experimental class in the Mathematics Department of Xinzhou Normal University,which is of certain reference value to carry out excellent teacher training in teachers'cllege.
