融媒体时代“00后”大学生网络价值观念引导的困境与应对策略

摘要 高等院校承担着培养高素质人才和传播优秀文化的艰巨任务,事关国家发展、民族未来,而融媒体的迅猛发展给高等教育在育人方面提出新挑战。文章从融媒体视角出发,以“00后”大学生为切入点,通过学生、教师、学校等三个层面对大学生网络价值观念的困境进行分析,分别提出自我教育提升融媒体素养、多措并举筑牢融媒体人才队伍建设、凝心聚力加强融媒体融入教育顶层设计的应对策略。只有将网络价值观念教育与融媒体发展结合起来,发挥融媒体技术的优势,才能不断提升其育人工作的实效性。 Institutions of higher education bear the task of cultivating high-quality talents and disseminating excellent culture,which relates to the national development and future,while the rapid development of the convergence media puts forward new challenges to higher education in terms of educating people.Starting with the perspective of convergence media,and taking the"post-2000s"college students as the entry point,the thesis analyzes the predicament of college students'network values through students,teachers and schools,and proposes the fllowing three coping strategies,namely,improving media literacy through self-education,strengthening media talent team construction through multiple measures,and strengthening convergence media integrated into the top-level design of education.Only by combining the education of network values with the development of convergence media and giving full play to the advantages of convergence media technology can we continuously improve the effectiveness of its educational work.
