在全面落实海洋强国政策的基础上,通过“五育并举”的研究,要在培育五种“海洋意识”上下功夫,教育引导新时代大学生树立海洋命运共同体、海洋科技观、海洋生态观、海洋文化观以及海洋经济观;高校落实立德树人根本任务,以人才培养为中心,着力培育新时代大学生形成政治坚定、科技创新、生态健康、文化自信、热爱劳动的海洋意识,对培养未来海洋经济事业的建设者、未来海洋科技创新的创造者、未来海洋权益保护的执行者、促进学生全面发展具有重要意义。

On the basis of the comprehensive implementation of the policy of becoming a maritime power,efforts should be made to cultivate five kinds of"marine consciousness"through the study of"five education simultaneously",and college students in the new era should be educated and guided to establish a marine community with a shared future,marine science and technology,marine ecology,marine culture and marine economy.Colleges and universities carry out the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and talents,and take personnel training as the center.It is of great significance to train colleges and universities students in the new era to form the marine consciousness of political firmness,scientific and technological innovation,ecological health,cultural confidence and love of labor,which is of great significance to train future builders of marine economy,creators of marine scientific and technological innovation,enforcers of marine rights and interests protection,and to promote the all-round development of students.
