当归饮子治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹的临床疗效及对相关指标的影响

Clinical efficacy of Danggui Yinzi in treating chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type and its impact on relevant indicators

目的研究当归饮子治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹的临床效果及其可能的作用机制。方法选择2020年1月—2021年12月我院收治的72例血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各36例。两组均外用紫草膏,观察组口服当归饮子,对照组口服依巴斯汀,比较两组疗效及血清细胞因子等相关指标。结果观察组治疗后中医证候评分、血清细胞因子白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)、白三烯B4(LTB4)、神经递质P物质(SP)水平均低于对照组,γ干扰素(INF-γ)水平高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=12.263、11.907、9.529、57.160、9.256、10.835、17.461、2.488、2.096,均P<0.05);湿疹复发率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.935,P<0.05)。结论当归饮子能调节体内相关细胞因子,改善血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者的免疫状态和临床症状,降低湿疹的复发率及严重程度。

Objective To study the clinical effect and its potential mechanisms of action of Danggui Yinzi in treating chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic eczema of the blood-deficiency and wind-dryness type,treated at our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021,were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 36 patients in each.Both groups were treated with topically applied Zicao ointment.The observation group received oral Danggui Yinzi,while the control group was given oral Ebastine.The efficacy and related indicators such as serum cytokines were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes and levels of serum cytokines including interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),leukotriene B4(LTB4),and Substance P(SP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The level of interferon-gamma(INF-γ)was higher in the observation group.The differences were statistically significant(t=12.263,11.907,9.529,57.160,9.256,10.835,17.461,2.488,2.096,all P<0.05).The recurrence rate of eczema was lower in the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=18.935,P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Yinzi can regulate the relevant cytokines in the body,improve the immune status and clinical symptoms of patients with chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness,and reduce the recurrence rate and severity of eczema.
