摘要
爪极是车用爪极式发电机中的重要零件之一,其磁性能直接影响对应发电机的发电效率。热锻是当前工业界爪极制造的常用工艺,面向爪极热锻成形本文开展了爪极锻件磁性能的预测研究工作。以爪极用低碳钢软磁材料为对象,构建热成形条件下的磁感应强度预测模型,并介绍了该模型的主要参数及其确定方法;对爪极热锻过程开展数值模拟,引入磁感应强度预测模型试着对爪极锻件磁感应强度分布的进行预测;同时,在爪极预锻不同变形阶段的中心部位及终锻件不同位置进行取样,采用磁环法对具体磁感应强度进行实测,与模拟计算结果进行对比分析;模拟预测与实际测量值间最大误差小于10%,说明该预测模型具有良好的适用性,可为后续面向磁性能提升的爪极工艺设计优化奠定基础。
Claw pole is one of the important parts of automotive claw pole generator,and its magnetic properties directly affect the power generation efficiency of the corresponding generator.Hot forging is a common process of claw pole manufacturing in the current industry.For the claw pole hot forging forming,the prediction of magnetic properties of claw pole forgings is carried out in this work.A prediction model of magnetic induction intensity related to temperature and strain is established for low carbon soft magnetic material for claw pole,and the key parameters and the related determining methods of this model are introduced.The hot forging process of claw poles are simulated by finite element method,and the prediction model is introduced to try to predict the magnetic induction intensity distribution of claw pole forgings.At the same time,samples are taken at the central part of the claw pole pre-forgings at different deformation stages and at different positions on the final forging,and the specific magnetic induction intensity is measured by the magnetic ring method,which is compared with the simulation results.The maximum error between the simulated prediction and the actual measurement value at different positions of the claw pole is less than 10%,indicating that the prediction model determined in this paper has good applicability which can lay the foundation of simulation analysis for the subsequent optimization of the claw pole process design for magnetic performance improvement.
