儿童抽动障碍规范化门诊建设专家共识

Expert consensus on standardized clinic construction for children with tic disorder

抽动障碍病因复杂,临床表现复杂多样,共患病发病率较高,需要进行有效的管理,以使患儿获得最大程度的症状控制和功能改善。为进一步促进各级医师正确认识抽动障碍,提高诊疗水平,完善儿童抽动障碍的临床管理,中华医学会儿科学分会神经学组抽动障碍协作组讨论并制定了儿童抽动障碍规范化门诊建设专家共识。内容包括:抽动障碍规范化门诊的功能设置、人员配备、抽动障碍规范化的疾病管理、疾病知识的健康教育管理等。

The etiology of tic disorder is complex,the clinical manifestations are complex and diverse,and the incidence rate of comorbidity is high.Effective management is needed to maximize the improvement of symptoms and functions of children with tic disorder.In order to further promote the correct understanding of tic disorder among doctors at all levels,improve diagnosis and clinical management of children with tic disorder,the Cooperative Group of Tic Disorder,the Subspecialty Group of Neurology,the Society of Pediatrics,Chinese Medical Association discussed and established an expert consensus on standardized clinic construction for children with tic disorder,including the functional settings,personnel allocation,standardized disease management for tic disorder,and health education management for disease knowledge.
