乡村振兴视域下承德市数字乡村建设路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of Digital Rural Areas in Chengde City From the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

结合承德市数字乡村建设取得的成果,分析了数字乡村建设过程中存在的人才、资金、科技创新和制度保障不足等问题,指出应通过加强人才培养、加大资金投入、建立健全数字乡村体系、鼓励科技创新、推广科技应用等措施,加快数字乡村建设全面普及,助力乡村振兴。

Based on the achievements of Chengde's digital countryside construction,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the process of digital countryside construction,such as insufficient talents,funds,scientific and technological innovation and system guarantee,and pointed out that the comprehensive popularization of digital countryside construction should be accelerated by continuing to strengthen talent training,increase capital investment,establish and improve the digital countryside system,encourage scientific and technological innovation,and promoted the application of science and technology.Support rural revitalization.
