基于“阴平阳秘”和“稳态”理论探讨中西医防治乳腺癌

Discussion on Prevention and Treatment of Breast Cancer by Chinese and Western Medicine Based on“Balance Between Yin and Yang”and“Homeostasis”Theory

“阴平阳秘”学术理论最早出自《黄帝内经》,不仅是中医预防医学的精粹,也是治疗疾病的指导思想,且中医“阴平阳秘”理论在乳腺癌的各阶段预防、诊疗中皆有所体现,与西医学“稳态”理论有着很多共通之处,两者是中西医结合防治乳腺癌的最佳结合点。文章从乳腺癌发病前、发病时、发病后三个阶段,基于“阴平阳秘”和“稳态”理论探讨中西医结合防治乳腺癌的新思路,为临床工作提供一定的参考。

The thought of“balance between yin and yang”was first derived from Huangdi Neijing,which is not only the essence of traditional Chinese medicine preventive medicine,but also the guiding ideology for the treatment of diseases.The thought of“balance between yin and yang”is reflected in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer at all stages,and has much in common with the“homeostasis”theory of modern medicine,which is the best combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine to prevent and treat breast cancer.This article discusses the new idea of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer from the three stages before,during and after the onset of breast cancer,based on the theory of“balance between yin and yang”and“homeostasis”,so as to provide some reference for clinical work.
