摘要
玄府理论以微观视角探究疾病的产生和治疗,以“忌郁闭、重开通”为原则,是中医基础理论的特色之一;新冠肺炎在解剖结构、发病机制及病理变化上均与肺玄府关联密切。对于新冠肺炎的治疗需把握郁闭和虚损的病机特征,借助风药辛散、开宣、清扬等特点,灵活配伍,以达到清毒开玄、胜湿利玄、排瘀透玄的目的。
The Xuanfu theory explores the generation and treatment of diseases from a microscopic perspective,The principle of“avoiding stagnation and reopening”has become one of the characteristics of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine;COVID-19 is closely related to the lung Xuanfu in terms of anatomical structure,pathogenesis and pathological changes.For the treatment of COVID-19,grasp the characteristics of the pathogenesis of stagnation and deficiency,and use the characteristics of wind medicine such as Xin San,Kai Xuan,Qing Yang,etc.to flexibly match,so as to achieve the goal of clearing away toxins and promoting the circulation of dampness,promoting the circulation of dampness,and removing stasis and penetrating the circulation of metaphysics.
