摘要
目的:研究荷梗的化学成分。方法:采用HP-20树脂、硅胶、RP-C 18和Sephadex LH-20柱等色谱方法分离与纯化,并运用核磁共振(1H-NMR和13 C-NMR)波谱学方法及结合化学方法对所分离的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从荷梗中分离鉴定出10个化合物,分别为次大风子素(hydnocarpin,1)、木犀草素(luteolin,2)、山楂酸(maslinic acid,3)、白桦脂酸(betulinic acid,4)、反式-N-对羟基香豆酰酪胺(N-trans-coumaroyltyramine,5)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfurfural,6)、单棕榈酸甘油(2,3-dihydroxypropyl palmitate,7)、棕榈酸(palmitic acid,8)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,9)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,10)。10个化合物均是荷梗中首次分离得到,化合物1和6是莲中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Petiolus Nelumbinis.Method Thesample was isolated and purified by diaion HP 20,Silica gel,RP-C 18 and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography;The chemical structure was identified on the basis of nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR and 13 C-NMR)spectroscopy data and chemical methods.Result Ten compounds were isolated and identifiedfromPetiolus Nelumbinis:hydnocarpin(1),luteolin(2),maslinic acid(3),betu-linicacid(4),N-trans-coumaroyltyramine(5),5-hydroxymethylfurfural(6),2,3-dihydroxypropyl pal-mitate(7),palmitic acid(8),β-sitosterol(9),daucosterol(10).Compounds 1 to 10 were isolated from Petiolus Nelumbinis for the first time,and compounds 1 and 6 were isolated from Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.for the first time.
