基于《伤寒论》六经辨证思想指导针灸治疗胃脘痛的辨治思路

Clinical Thinking of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Epigastric Pain Guided by the Thought of Six-Meridian Syndrome Differentiation

胃脘痛是临床常见病、多发病,针灸是我国特有的内病外治的方法,对胃脘痛患者疗效理想。现今针灸治疗胃脘痛的辨治多为脏腑辨治,六经辨治较少。故本文探讨《伤寒论》六经辨证思想指导针灸治疗胃脘痛的适用性,并提出具体针刺辨证思路、取穴及操作方法,另附医案1则佐证,旨在为进一步提高胃脘痛疗效奠定临床基础。

Epigastric pain is a common and frequently-occurring clinical disease.Acupuncture and moxibustion is a unique method for the external treatment of internal diseases in China and has been demonstrated to exhibit ideal efficacy for patients with epigastric pain.At present,acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain is mainly guided by syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and barely by six-meridian syndrome differentiation.Therefore,this research explores the applicability of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain guided by the thought of six-meridian syndrome differentiation from the Treatise on Cold Damage.It proposes the specific syndrome differentiation approaches,acupoint selection,and operational methods,supplemented by a clinical case,with the aim of laying a clinical foundation for further improving the efficacy of epigastric pain treatment.
