煤炭贸易企业业财融合的预算管理模式探究

Exploring the budget management model of industry-finance integration in coal trading enterprises

煤炭贸易企业在国内市场占比越来越大,对财务管理的要求也越来越高。然而,在激烈的市场竞争中,部分企业仍沿用传统的财务管理模式,难以满足现代企业的发展需求,亟须引入业财融合的预算管理模式。因此,文章以煤炭贸易企业业财融合预算管理模式的概念和背景为切入点,指出了该模式的三大优势,分析了现存的三个主要问题,并提出了五点推进煤炭贸易企业业财融合预算管理模式的应用策略,以为相关企业提供借鉴。

The proportion of coal trading enterprises in the domestic market is increasing,and the requirements for financial manage-ment are also increasing.However,in the fierce market competition,some enterprises still follow the traditional financial management model,which is difficult to meet the development needs of modern enterprises.It is urgent to introduce the budget management model of in-dustry-finance integration.Therefore,taking the concept and background of the industry-finance integration budget management model of trading enterprises as the starting point,this article points out the three major advantages of this model,analyzes the three main existing problems,and proposes five strategies to promote the application of the industry-finance integration budget management model of coal trading enterprises,providing a reference for relevant enterprises.
