随着后勤集团规模的不断扩大,资金渠道愈发多元化,其所面临的财务环境日益复杂,财务风险不断增加。为了推动后勤事业的可持续发展,提高经营管理水平和风险防范能力,加强财务管理至关重要。《政府会计制度》对后勤集团财务管理的研究具有重要意义,可以优化后勤集团财务管理模式,提高财务管理效率。文章基于《政府会计制度》对后勤集团财务管理存在的主要问题进行分析,提出有针对性的优化策略和建议。

As the scale of logistics group continues to expand,the capital channels are becoming more and more diversified,the finan-cial environment it faces is becoming more and more complex,and the financial risk is increasing.In order to promote the sustainable devel-opment of logistics,improve the level of management and risk prevention ability,strengthening financial management is very important.The Government Accounting System is of great significance to the study of logistics group's financial management,which can optimize its financial management mode and improve its financial management efficiency.Based on the Government Accounting System,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the financial management of logistics group,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies and suggestions.
