“先学后教,当堂训练”教学模式在中职电工电子教学中的应用

摘要 随着国家对职业技术教育的重视与肯定,为帮助中职学校学生更快融入社会工作,提高作业者劳动技能水平。中职院校应重视学生掌握知识技术的进度,采取“先学后教,当堂训练”教学模式教学方案能快速提高中职教育的理论教育和实训课堂的落实。该文阐述中职电工电子专业“先学后教,当堂训练”教学模式的原则,展开总结“先学后教,当堂训练”教学模式的在中职电工教学的应用,论述从教育改革角度落实“先学后教,当堂训练”教学模式。对中等职业院校培养学生的综合技术能力有一定的参考意义。 With the country's emphasis on vocational and technical education,in order to help secondary vocational school students integrate into social work more quickly,improve the labor skill level of workers.Secondary vocational colleges must pay attention to the progress of students'mastery of knowledge and technology,and adopt the teaching mode of“learning first,then teaching,and training in the classroom”,which can quickly improve the implementation of theoretical education and practical training classes in secondary vocational education.This paper expounds the principle of the teaching mode of“learning first and then teaching,and training in the classroom”of secondary vocational electrical and electronic majors,summarizes the application of the teaching mode of“learning first and then teaching,and training in the classroom”in the teaching of secondary vocational electrical engineering,and discusses the implementation of the teaching mode of“learning first and then teaching,and training in the classroom”from the perspective of educational reform.It has certain reference significance for secondary vocational colleges to cultivate students'comprehensive technical ability.
