摘要
某制药公司生产的废水是一种具有高浓度复杂有机物、难于生物降解的废水。为了满足企业所在园区污水厂提出的新接管标准,对企业污水站进行提标改造。在这项工作中,介绍了“微电解+Fenton氧化+混凝+UASB+A/O+MBR”工艺改造思路,并通过更换铁碳池填料、增加芬顿池、改建生化系统和控制进水COD,使得污水处理设施运行效果有了较大的提升,出水的水质稳定达到新接管标准。本改造方案已成功应用,可以有效地处理高浓度复杂有机物类难降解废水。
The production wastewater of a pharmaceutical company is wastewater with a high concentration of complex organic matter that is difficult to biodegrade.To meet the new takeover standards proposed by the sewage plant in the park where the enterprise was located,the sewage station of the enterprise was upgraded and transformed.The process transformation idea of“Micro-electrolysis+Fenton oxidation+Coagulation+UASB+A/O+MBR”was introduced,and by replacing the iron-carbon pool filler,adding the Fenton pool,rebuilding the biochemical system,and controlling the influent COD,the operation effect of the sewage treatment facility was greatly improved,and the water quality of the effluent reached the new takeover standard.This transformation scheme was successfully applied and can effectively treat refractory wastewater with high concentrations of complex organic compounds.
