Taking the project overview of overseas oil terminals,SCADA system composition,system overall network diagram,system functions and control scheme as the starting point,the system was made a specificanalysis,the applicability and progressiveness of SCADA system was described briefly,and the actual application and operation,creating conditions for further promotion were summarized and suggested.SCADA system function of overseas oil terminals met the needs of production and operation,and played an irreplaceable role in monitoring and commanding the normal operation of oil loading and unloading operations at the terminals.
