“ATR-FTIR和STA-FTIR-GC/MS的综合应用”实验教学探索

摘要 将衰减全反射红外光谱仪和同步热分析-傅里叶变换红外光谱-气相色谱质谱联用仪的综合应用引入本科《现代仪器分析》实验教学环节。以学生提供的未知塑料样品为研究对象,通过教师引导式教学,学生独立思考以及仪器实际操作,通过分析塑料样品的主要成分以及热解过程中释放出的有害物质的成分信息及其对环境的影响,加深了对仪器的工作原理、构造的理解。本实验丰富了《现代仪器分析》综合实验的教学内容,取得较好的实验教学效果,学生在实验中的主体作用、参与意识和学习兴趣都有了极大的提高,联用仪器的使用还提高了学生实践能力、知识灵活应用能力、创新能力以及各项综合能力。 The comprehensive application of attenuated total reflection infrared spectrometer and synchronous thermal analysis fourier transform infrared spectrometer gas chromatography mass spectrometer was introduced into the experimental teaching of Modern Instrumental Analysis.Taking the unknown plastic samples provided by the students as the research object,through the teacher guided teaching,studentsindependent thinking and the actual operation of the instrument,through the analysis of the main components of the plastic samples and the composition information of the harmful substances released during the pyrolysis process and their impact on the environment,the understanding of the working principle and structure of the instrument was deepened.This experiment enriched the teaching content of the comprehensive experiment of Modern Instrument Analysis,and had achieved good experimental teaching results.The main role,participation awareness and learning interest of students in the experiment had been greatly improved.The use of combined instruments also improved studentspractical ability,flexible application of knowledge,innovation ability and various comprehensive abilities.
