摘要
针对电炉测温取样机器人分布式安全操作、半封闭区域机器人作业环境下移动物体或人员的安全防护、高温紧急状态下机器人设备安全防护等方面存在的问题,提出对应的技术及解决方案。以此为基础,开发了以皮尔兹可编程安全中间继电器和西门子PLC控制器为核心,连接紧急停止按钮、安全光栅或者安全激光雷达、安全门等安全装置的安全网络软硬件集成方案,并成功应用于宝钢7~#EAF机器人测温取样作业系统。
Aiming at the problems existing in three aspects,such as distributed safe operation of electric furnace temperature measurement and sampling robots,safety protection of moving objects or personnel in the semi-enclosed area robot operating environment,and safety protection of robot equipment under high temperature emergency conditions,the corresponding technology and solution were proposed.Based on this,a network security software and hardware integration scheme with PILZ programmable safety intermediate relay and Siemens PLC controller as the core by connecting emergency stop buttons,safety light grids or safety lidars,safety doors,and other safety devices was developed and successfully applied to Baosteel#7 EAF robot temperature measurement and sampling system.
