酸洗工艺对25CrMo44合金钢磷化膜质量的影响

摘要 针对25CrMo44合金钢表面磷化膜不连续、附着力差这一问题,通过分析磷化前酸洗工艺对磷化膜质量和磷化时间的影响,在不改变工艺路线的前提下,研究最佳酸洗工艺参数。经研究,酸洗最佳工艺参数为酸洗液浓度为90~110点、酸洗温度为40~60℃、酸洗时间为10~16 min,该条件下生成的磷化膜致密均匀,膜层连续,附着力合格。 The optimum pickling process parameters are studied through analyzing the effects of pickling process before phosphating on the quality of phosphating film and phosphating time on the premise of without changing process route aiming at the problems of discontinuous phosphating film and poor adhesive force on the surface of 25CrMo44 alloy steel.The optimum pickling process parameters are that the concentration of pickling solution is 90~110 points,pickling temperature is 40~60℃and pickling time is 10~16 min.,the phosphating film generated under this condition is compact,uniform and continuous as well as the adhesive force is qualified.
