管理会计视角的财务管理转型分析

Analysis of financial management transformation from the perspective of management accounting

随着我国经济的快速发展,企业之间的竞争日益激烈。当前企业要在日益激烈的竞争中占据优势,就要重视管理工作的质量。文章通过研究管理会计视角的财务管理转型,帮助企业大幅提高管理工作效率,但仍然存在部分企业在执行管理会计时存在一系列问题。因此,文章针对相关问题进行研究,提出了管理会计视角的财务管理转型策略,对企业建立更为完善管理体系具有一定参考意义。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.At present,in order to occupy an advantage in the increasingly fierce competition,enterprises must pay attention to the quality of management work.By studying the financial management transformation from the perspective of management accounting,this paper helps enterprises greatly improve management efficiency.However,there are still a series of problems in the implementation of management accounting in some enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies related issues and puts forward the financial management transformation strategy from the perspective of management accounting,which has certain reference significance for enterprises to establish a more perfect management sys-tem.
