摘要
事业单位的预算绩效管理工作,需要始终秉承着为民服务这一基本理念,展现出资金管理的责任及效率,强化成本和质量的管控,并实现事业单位政策发展目标和支出结果的有机结合。但是结合实际,目前事业单位预算绩效管理工作中存在着管理意识、评价体系、绩效目标设置、评价结果利用、管理人才等多方面的问题,只有结合这些问题,制订出针对性的管理措施,才可以保障事业单位预算绩效管理工作的有效性。
The budget performance management work of public institutions needs to always adhere to the basic concept of serving the people,demonstrate the responsibility and efficiency of fund management,strengthen cost and quality control and achieve an organic com-bination of policy development goals and expenditure results of public institutions.However,in reality,there are various issues in the budget performance management of public institutions,such as management awareness,evaluation system,performance target setting,uti-lization of evaluation results and management talents.It is necessary to combine these issues and develop targeted management measures to ensure the effectiveness of budget performance management in public institutions.
