绩效考核是测量、评价工作行为和结果的一项活动,对事业单位的资源配置、效益增长和职能发挥具有深刻影响。文章指出,事业单位绩效考核能激发职工能动作用,指导单位人事调动,促进事业单位良性发展。基于这些优势作用,事业单位需要改善绩效考核环境,科学设计绩效考核内容和指标,创新绩效考核方法应用,并合理使用绩效考核结果,以提升绩效考核管理的实效性,高效挖掘单位职工潜能,推动事业单位的高质量发展。
Performance appraisal is an activity that measures and evaluates work behavior and results,which has a profound impact on the resource allocation,efficiency growth and functional performance of public institutions.This article points out that performance evaluation in public institutions can stimulate employees'initiative,guide personnel transfer and promote the healthy development of public institutions.Based on these advantages,public institutions need to improve the performance evaluation environment,scientifically design performance evaluation content and indicators,innovate the application of performance evaluation methods and reasonably use performance evaluation results to enhance the effectiveness of performance evaluation management,efficiently tap the potential of unit employees and promote the high-quality development of public institutions.
