微信平台对结直肠息肉摘除术后结肠镜复诊依从性的影响

Influence of WeChat platform on compliance of colonoscopy for follow-up after colorectal polypectomy

目的探索和分析微信平台护理干预对结直肠息肉摘除术后结肠镜复诊依从性的影响。方法选择郑州市第一人民医院2020年3月到2022年6月选取126例接受结直肠息肉摘除术的患者作为研究和受试的对象,随机抽取并将结直肠息肉摘除术患者分为2组,对照组63例,采用常规护理干预措施进行护理,观察组63例,采用微信平台干预措施进行护理。使用医院制定的胃肠科患者复诊依从性调查及评价表格进行复诊依从性的评价,采用世界卫生组织制定的生活质量及身体健康状态进行生活质量评价,采用匿名调查问卷的方式调查患者健康知识的掌握程度。结果经过干预后观察组患者的复诊依从性要好于对照组患者,其中观察组患者依从性优秀占比值和依从性良好占比值均要高于对照组患者依从性优秀占比值和依从性良好占比值;观察组患者的复诊总依从性值96.83%和对照组患者的复诊总依从性值84.13%进行比较可知有一定程度的提高(P<0.05)。经过干预后观察组患者的生活质量各项评分情况均优于对照组患者,其中观察组患者的身体健康维度评分值、心理健康维度评分值、社会功能维度评分值和对照组患者的身体健康维度评分值、心理健康维度评分值、社会功能维度评分值进行比较可知有所提高(P<0.05)。经过干预后观察组患者的健康知识掌握程度要优于对照组患者,其中观察组患者的完全掌握占比值、基本掌握占比值均高于对照组患者,并且观察组患者的健康知识整体掌握率值93.65%和对照组患者的健康知识整体掌握率值74.60%进行比较可知有一定程度的上升(P<0.05)。结论微信平台在结直肠息肉摘除术后患者的应用中能够较好的提高患者的复诊依从性,并且有助于提高患者的生活质量以及结直肠息肉相关的健康知识掌握程度,适合推广以及临床应用实施。

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of WeChat platform nursing intervention on the compliance of colonoscopy return visit after colorectal polypectomy.Methods From March 2020 to June 2022,126 patients undergoing colorectal polypectomy in a hospital were selected as research subjects,randomly divided into two groups:the control group(63 patients)and the WeChat platform observation group(63 patients).Follow up compliance of gastrointestinal patients was evaluated using the survey and evaluation form developed by the hospital,quality of life and physical health status developed by the World Health Organization were used to evaluate the quality of life,and anonymous questionnaires were used to investigate the mastery of patients’health knowledge.Results After intervention,the follow-up compliance of patients in the observation group was better than that of patients in the control group,and the proportion of patients in the observation group with excellent or good compliance was higher than that of patients in the control group;Compared with the control group,the total compliance of the patients in the observation group was 96.83%(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality-of-life scores of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,among which the scores of physical health dimension,mental health dimension,social function dimension of the patients(P<0.05).After intervention,the health knowledge of patients in the observation group was better than that of patients in the control group,in which the percentage of patients in the observation group with complete knowledge and the percentage of patients in the basic knowledge were higher than that of patients in the control group,and the overall health knowledge mastery rate of patients in the observation group was 93.65%compared with 74.60%of patients in the control group,which showed that there was a certain degree of increase(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat platform in the patients after colorectal polypectomy can improve the patient’s compliance,the patient’s quality of life and the degree of mastering colorectal polyp related knowledge,which is suitable for promotion and clinical application.
