Research on the High-Quality Employment Goals and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Graduates

伴随我国经济的高质量发展和产业结构的转型升级,职业教育越来越受到重视和支持,技术技能型人才的需求也日益增长。高职院校高质量就业对社会、学校、家庭和学生具有极其重要的影响。基于此,介绍了高职院校高质量就业目标,对建立健全科学的人才培养模式、校企合作共享平台、就业指导和服务体系等方面进行了分析,并提出相应的对策,为地方经济社会发展培养出更多高素质技术技能人才,为全面建设中国式现代化社会提供人才保障和技能支撑。

With the high-quality development of China's economy and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,vocational education has received more and more attention and support,and the demand for technical and skilled talents is also growing.High-quality employment in vocational colleges has an extremely important impact on society,schools,families and students.Based on this,the high-quality employment goals of higher vocational colleges are introduced,and the establishment and improvement of scientific talent training mode,school-enterprise cooperation and sharing platform,employment guidance and service system are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward to cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents for local economic and social development,and provide talent guarantee and skill support for the comprehensive construction of a Chinese-style modern society.
