摘要
为有效增强建筑施工企业员工职业技术培训效果,减轻企业职业技术培训压力,将提高建筑施工企业职业技术培训管理信息化水平作为着力点,提出构建“全方位、全覆盖”培训管理新体系、打造“分布式培训,集约化管理”新模式、建立“互联网+”体系化培训新平台、适应大数据人才培训新趋势的建议,并对实践案例进行分析,获得良好的培训效果。
In order to effectively enhance the effect of vocational and technical training for employees of construction enterprises and reduce the pressure of vocational and technical training in enterprises,the information level of vocational and technical training management of construction enterprises is taken as the focus point,and the new system of"all-round and full-coverage"training management,the new model of"distributed training and intensive management"is proposed,the new platform of"Internet+"systematic training is established,and the new trend of big data talent training is adapted,and the practical cases are analyzed to obtain good training results.
