摘要
普通热拌沥青路面性能优异,但由于施工和摊铺的温度较高,所以释放的烟气等有害物质多。温拌沥青的性能不亚于热拌沥青,在实际施工中,同样可以用于高等级路面。本文通过制备泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料,通过车辙试验、弯曲小梁试验、浸水马歇尔试验,分别评价温拌沥青混合料和热拌沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性。试验结果表明:温拌沥青混合料和热拌沥青混合料相比,高温稳定性均较为优异,低温抗裂性有所提升,水稳定性略微下降。
Ordinary hot mix asphalt pavement has excellent performance,but due to the high temperature of construction and paving,there are many harmful substances such as flue gas.Warm mix asphalt is no less powerful than hot mix bitumen and can also be used for high-grade pavement.In this paper,the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of warm asphalt mixture and hot mix asphalt mixture were evaluated by rutting test,bending trabecular test and water-immersion Marshall test,respectively.The experimental results show that compared with the hot asphalt mixture,the high temperature stability of the warm asphalt mixture and the hot asphalt mixture are excellent,the low temperature crack resistance is improved,and the water stability is slightly reduced.
