补气益肾活血方联合针灸治疗股骨头坏死的临床研究

Clinical study of Buqi Yishen Huoxue Formula combined with acupuncture in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head

目的:探讨补气益肾活血方联合针灸治疗股骨头坏死的临床效果,旨在帮助更多的股骨头坏死患者寻找更加合适的治疗方案和干预对策。方法:随机选取2021年1月—10月聊城市中医医院收治的62例股骨头坏死患者为研究对象,按照入院接受治疗的先后顺序进行分组,对照组和观察组各31例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服补气益肾活血方联合针灸治疗。治疗前后,比较两组患者髋关节Harris评分、疼痛程度评分(VAS)和生活质量量表评分(SF-36)。结果:治疗后,两组患者的髋关节Harris、SF-36评分升高,VAS评分降低,观察组上述指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:补气益肾活血方联合针灸治疗,以其针对性、精细化为特点,在股骨头坏死患者的治疗过程中得到了广泛的应用。不仅提高了患者的髋关节恢复情况,也降低了患者的疼痛程度,改善了患者的生活质量,值得在临床不断推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Buqi Yishen Huoxue Formula combined with acupuncture in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head,so as to help more patients find more appropriate treatment plans and intervention strategies.Methods:A total of 62 patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head who were admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission and treatment,with 31 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Buqi Yishen Huoxue Formula combined with acupuncture on the treatment basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the hip joint Harris score,visual analogue scale of pain degree(VAS)and quality of life scale score(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the hip joint Harris scores and SF-36 scores of the two groups increased,and the VAS scores decreased.The above indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Buqi Yishen Huoxue Formula combined with acupuncture has been widely used in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head because of its pertinence and refinement.It not only improves the patient′s hip joint recovery,but also reduces the pain of patients and improves the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of continuous promotion and application in clinical practice.
