基于超大断面矩形盾构掘进机刀盘的基体结构工况和内花键高精度加工工艺难点,重新设计了内花键高精度加工工艺及其焊接防变形夹具。该设计方案在保证刀盘内花键加工精度的同时还可控制焊接变形,显著提升内花键的加工精度,为同类型结构产品的加工制造提供应用参考。
