摘要
采用一浴原位还原法制备还原氧化石墨烯/银(rGO/Ag)柔性导电棉织物。通过扫描电子显微镜表征rGO/Ag导电棉织物的形貌;分析了氧化石墨烯(GO)与硝酸银(AgNO_(3))质量比、GO/AgNO_(3)质量分数、还原剂质量浓度、还原时间、还原pH对rGO/Ag导电棉织物导电性能的影响;测试了导电性能的耐久性。结果表明:rGO/Ag导电棉织物表面包覆着rGO片层,银粒子分布在rGO表面或片层之间;在GO与AgNO_(3)质量比为3∶1,GO/AgNO_(3)质量分数为29.2%(omf),还原剂维生素C质量浓度为2.2 g/L,还原时间为3 h,还原pH为6时,rGO/Ag导电棉织物的方阻最低,导电性能最好;经无限次扭曲、20次标准水洗或机械摩擦后,仍具有良好的导电性能。
The reduced graphene oxide/silver(rGO/Ag)flexible conductive cotton fabric is prepared by one-bath in-situ reduction.The morphology of rGO/Ag conductive cotton fabric is characterized by scanning electron microscope.The effects of mass ratio of graphene oxide(GO)to silver nitrate(AgNO_(3)),mass fraction of GO/AgNO_(3),dosage of reducing agent,reduction time and reduction pH on the conductivity of rGO/Ag conductive cotton fabric are analyzed.Its conductive durability is tested.The results show that the surface of rGO/Ag conductive cotton fabric is coated with rGO sheets,and Ag particles are distributed on the surface or sheets of rGO.When m(GO)∶m(AgNO_(3))is 3∶1,the mass fraction of GO/AgNO_(3) is 29.2%(omf),the dosage of reducing agent vitamin C is 2.2 g/L,reduction time is 3 h,and reduction pH is 6,rGO/Ag conductive cotton fabric has the lowest square resistance and the best conductive performance.rGO/Ag conductive cotton fabric exhibits good conductivity after infinite twisting,20 standard washing cycles,or mechanical friction.
