SiO_(2)气凝胶芳香微胶囊的制备及缓释性能

摘要 为提高芳香微胶囊的缓释性能,以SiO_(2)气凝胶为载体,利用真空法将香精负载到SiO_(2)孔道内,并进一步利用层层自组装方法在SiO_(2)气凝胶微胶囊表面包覆海藻酸钙/壳聚糖皮层,制备SiO_(2)气凝胶复合微胶囊。对包覆前后的芳香微胶囊的香精含量、缓释性能及释放机理进行研究。研究表明:在制备温度70℃,制备时间6 h条件下,微胶囊中精油质量分数可达到54.7%。微胶囊可以在常/高温下有效地实现香精的缓释,且包覆处理后的微胶囊的缓释效果得到增强。两种微胶囊在常温条件下释放香精遵循Fick扩散的特征。 In order to improve the slow-release performance of aromatic microcapsules,essence is loaded into the SiO_(2) pores by vacuum method with SiO_(2) aerogel,and the surface of the SiO_(2) aerogel microcapsules is coated with calcium alginate/chitosan by layer-by-layer assembly method to prepare SiO_(2) aerogel composite microcapsules.The essence content,controlled release performance and release mechanism of microcapsules before and after coating are studied.The results show that the content of essential oil in microcapsules can reach 54.7%under the preparation condition of 70℃and 6 h.The controlled release of essence can be achieved effectively by microcapsules at ordinary/high temperature,and the controlled release effect of coated microcapsules is enhanced.The release of essence of the two microcapsules at room temperature follows the characteristic of Fick diffusion.
