摘要
由躯体感觉神经系统损伤引起的神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain,NP)是常见的难治性疾病之一。既往的研究表明,神经炎症和细胞死亡与NP的病理生理学密切相关。细胞焦亡是一种与炎症过程密切相关的程序性细胞死亡方式,它可以通过释放促炎细胞因子来增强或维持炎症反应。本文通过对细胞焦亡及其在NP中的作用机制进行综述,并讨论引发细胞焦亡的因素,以及相关抑制剂影响细胞焦亡过程并应用于NP防治的研究进展。
Neuropathic pain(NP)caused by damage to the somatosensory nervous system is one of the most common intractable diseases.Previous studies have shown that neuroinflammation and cell death are closely related to the pathophysiology of NP.Pyroptosis is a mode of programmed cell death closely related to the inflammatory process,which can enhance or maintain the inflammatory response by releasing pro-inflammatory cytokines.In this paper,we provide an overview of pyroptosis and its mechanism of action in NP,and discuss the factors that trigger pyroptosis,as well as the progress of research on relevant inhibitors that affect the process of pyroptosis and are applied to the prevention and treatment of NP.
