摘要
通过试验分析探讨了主体材料配方及生产工艺参数(模具模口开度、三辊温度、三辊机与模具间距、挤出速度与三辊速度差等)对P类高分子预铺防水卷材主体材料拉伸强度的影响。在本研究范围内,主体材料配方中适量引入茂金属聚乙烯、模具模口开度设为0.90 mm、三辊温度选择方案3、三辊机与模具间距为12 cm、挤出速度与三辊机速度差为13%时可制得性价比良好的0.90 mm厚高分子预铺防水卷材主体材料聚乙烯片材。
The influence of the main material formula and production parameters(die opening,three-roll temperature,distance between the three-roll machine and the mold,speed difference of extrusion and three-roll machine,etc.) on the tensile strength of the main material of P-type polymer pre-laid waterproofing membrane is discussed through experimental analysis.In the scope of this study,when proper amount of metallocene polyethylene is introduced into the main material formula,the die opening is set to 0.90 mm,the three-roll temperature selects scheme 3,the distance between the three-roll machine and the mold is 12 cm,and the speed difference between the extrusion and the three-roll machine is 13%,the main material of polymer pre-laid waterproofing membrane —— 0.90 mm thick polyethylene sheet of good cost performance can be prepared.
