基于智能勘查检测技术的外墙渗漏诊治修复系统及应用

摘要 探讨了城市更新过程中建筑外墙渗漏问题的智能解决策略,强调了人工智能与现代检测技术的结合运用。采用无人机、红外热成像、三维激光扫描等先进技术对建筑外墙进行高效、精确检测,并结合大数据分析构建三维模型,实现实时精准定位渗漏点。智能诊断系统进一步基于数据分析生成科学的修复方案,借助5G技术实现远程操控和实时反馈,有效提升建筑渗漏诊治修复的效率和质量。 This paper discusses the intelligent solving strategies for building exterior wall leakage in the process of urban renewal,and emphasizes the combined application of artificial intelligence and modern detection technology.Advanced technologies such as UAV,infrared thermal imaging,and three-dimensional laser scanning are used for efficient and accurate detection of building exterior walls,and three-dimensional models are constructed in combination with big data analysis to achieve real-time accurate location of leakage points.The intelligent diagnosis system further generates scientific repair solutions based on data analysis,and realizes remote control and real-time feedback with the help of 5G technology,effectively improving the efficiency and quality of diagnosis and repair of building leakages.
