快速康复外科护理对腹壁疝术后患者康复及免疫功能的影响

Effect of fast track surgical rehabilitation on recovery and immune function of postoperative patients with abdominal wall hernia

目的探讨快速康复外科(fast track surgical rehabilitation,ERAS)护理对腹壁疝术后患者免疫功能及康复效果的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2023年3月在我院手术治疗的腹壁疝患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A、B组,每组40例。A组给予常规护理,B组采用ERAS护理,比较两组患者的免疫功能、康复时间、SF-36评分、护理满意度情况。结果术后第5天,B组的免疫功能指标、SF-36评分及护理满意度评分均优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的康复时间比较,B组明显短于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹壁疝患者术后采用ERAS护理,可有效改善免疫功能和生活质量,加速康复进程,提高患者满意度。

Objective Exploring the impact of Fast Track Surgical Rehabilitation(FTSR)on the immune function and rehabilitation effect of postoperative patients with abdominal wall hernia.Methods 80 patients with abdominal wall hernia who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into groups A and B by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The group A received routine care,while group B received FTSR care.The immune function,recovery time,SF-36 score,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results On the 5th day after surgery,the immune function indicators,SF-36 score,and nursing satisfaction score of group B were better than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of rehabilitation time between the two groups showed that group B was significantly shorter than group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative FTSR care for patients with abdominal wall hernia can effectively improve immune function and quality of life,accelerate the recovery process,and increase patient satisfaction.
