马克思正义观是中国式现代化中公平正义的重要理论来源,在中国式现代化进程中探究马克思正义观具有重要的理论与现实意义。马克思正义观立足于“现实的人”,以生产正义为基础,是劳动正义与分配正义的双维实现,是科学性与价值性的统一。中国式现代化将公平正义融入社会建设的各个方面,形成了不同于西方现代化的新道路,其以实现社会正义为内在要求、以彰显生态正义为重要特征、以坚持国际交往正义为原则遵循。中国式现代化以人民群众为实践主体,是马克思“现实的人”思想的接续发展,以“富强民主文明和谐美丽”为目标指向,是马克思“自由人联合体”思想的当代实践,以“全世界共同价值”为价值理念,是马克思“全世界工人阶级联合起来”思想的现实应用。中国式现代化使马克思正义观更加具体化,更加符合中国实际。
