On Hehe Culture and its Meaning for State Governance

传统文化与国家治理行为之间的关系考察不是一个新鲜议题,诸多研究对此有所涉及。和合文化与现代国家治理之间的勾连关系,主要从两个方面展开,一是对和合文化的内涵和方法论进行解构,二是对和合文化之于国家治理的意义进行厘析。对待和合文化,秉持理性派的视角,既不盲目推崇也不过分否定,而是以其内涵的“原教旨”解读作为切入口。和合文化与现代国家治理之间在“人”这一议题上形成了显著的交集,如和合文化中的“人和”与当代国家治理中的“人民至上”,二者均重视“人”的主体性存在。和合文化与现代国家治理都未漠视天与人的关系探讨,和合文化中一个核心体现是“天人合一”,当下国家治理中的“两山论”正是对“天人合一”精神的延续。在国与国之间的关系上,和合文化中的“协和万邦”与当代国家治理中的“人类命运共同体”思想亦形成明显的互通性。

The relationship between traditional culture and national governance behavior is not a new topic,and many studies have involved it.The relationship between Hehe culture and modern national governance is mainly carried out from two aspects.One is to deconstruct the connotation and methodology of Hehe culture,and the other is to analyze the significance of Hehe culture to national governance.He treats the culture of harmony and cooperation from the perspective of rationalists,neither blindly advocating nor denying it too much,but taking the interpretation of its connotation as the entry point.There is a significant intersection between the culture of harmony and the governance of modern countries on the issue of"people".For example,the"people's harmony"in the culture of harmony and the"people's supremacy"in contemporary national governance,both of which attach importance to the subjective existence of"people".The culture of harmony and cooperation and modern national governance do not ignore the relationship between heaven and man.One of the core embodiments of the culture of harmony and cooperation is"the unity of heaven and man."The"two mountains theory"in the current national governance is the continuation of the spirit of"the unity of heaven and man".In terms of the relationship between countries,the idea of"harmony among nations"in the culture of harmony and cooperation and the idea of"community of human destiny"in contemporary national governance also form obvious interoperability.
