驱动蛋白家族20A和程序性细胞死亡因子4在食管癌组织的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨驱动蛋白20A(KIF20A)和程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)与食管癌临床病理特征的关系。方法收集2021年5月至2023年11月于广东医科大学附属医院诊治的81例食管癌患者的癌组织和癌旁组织标本,通过免疫组织化学法检测KIF20A和PDCD4在食管癌组织和癌旁组织中表达,应用χ^(2)检验评价其表达与食管癌临床病理特征的关系。结果KIF20A在食管癌组织中表达率76.54%(62/81),明显高于癌旁组织中表达率23.46%(19/81),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=45.654,P<0.01)。PDCD4在食管癌组织中表达率43.21%(35/81),明显低于癌旁组织中表达率86.42%(70/81),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=33.158,P<0.01)。KIF20A表达水平与食管癌患者性别、年龄无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.002、0.055,P>0.05),KIF20A表达水平与食管癌患者组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)=7.481、6.067、5.284,P<0.05)。PDCD4表达水平与食管癌患者性别、组织学分化程度、年龄无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.036、0.040、0.210,P>0.05),PDCD4表达水平与食管癌患者TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)=5.044、5.620,P<0.05)。结论食管癌组织中KIF20A呈高表达、PDCD呈低表达,KIF20A和PDCD4在食管癌发生、发展过程中起重要作用。 Objective To study the expression level of Kinesin family member 20A(KIF20A)and programmed cell death 4(PDCD4)in esophageal cancer tissues,and investigate the relationship between KIF20A and PDCD4 and the clinicopathologic features of esophageal cancer.Methods Cancer tissues and adjacent esophageal tissues of 81 patients with esophageal cancer who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from May 2021 to November 2023 were collected.The expression of KIF20A and PDCD4 in esophageal cancer tissues and adjacent esophageal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological features of esophageal cancer were evaluated by Chi-square test.ResultsThe expression rate of KIF20A in esophageal cancer tissues was 76.54%(62/81),which was significantly higher than that in adjacent esophageal tissues[23.46%(19/81),χ^(2)=45.654,P<0.01].The expression rate of PDCD4 in esophageal cancer tissues was 43.21%(35/81),which was significantly lower than that in adjacent esophageal tissues[86.42%(70/81),χ^(2)=33.158,P<0.01].The expression level of KIF20A were not significantly correlated with the gender and age of patients with esophageal cancer(respectively,χ^(2)=0.002,0.055,P>0.05).The expression level of KIF20A was significantly correlated with histological differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(respectively,χ^(2)=7.481,6.067,5.284,P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the expression level of PDCD4 and the sex,histological differentiation and age of patients with esophageal cancer(respectively,χ^(2)=0.036,0.040,0.210,P>0.05).The expression level of PDCD4 was significantly correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis in patients with esophageal cancer(respectively,χ^(2)=5.044,5.620,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of KIF20A is high and PDCD is low in esophageal cancer tissues.KIF20A and PDCD4 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.
