高温环境下的传声器校准技术研究

摘要 为确保航空发动机高温环境下噪声测量的准确性,并提供准确溯源证明,文章开展高温环境下传声器校准技术研究,基于电阻丝加热和谐振原理建立高温环境下传声器校准装置,通过比较法对被校传声器开展溯源研究。试验结果表明:该方法在声源频率250 Hz高温环境下,灵敏度校准偏差值较小且重复性良好,可以有效实现高温环境下传声器的校准,弥补了目前高温环境下传声器无法溯源的缺陷,为航空发动机噪声测量提供可靠的计量保障。 In order to ensure the accuracy of noise measurement in high temperature environment of aero-engine and provide accurate traceability proof,this paper carries out research on microphone calibration technology in high temperature environment,establishes a microphone calibration device in high temperature environment based on resistance wire heating and resonance principle,and conducts traceability research on calibrated microphone through comparative method.The test results show that the proposed method has small sensitivity calibration deviation and good repeatability under high temperature environment with source frequency of 250 Hz,which can effectively realize the calibration of microphone under high temperature environment,make up for the current situation that microphone cannot be traced under high temperature environment,and provide reliable measurement guarantee for the noise measurement of aeroengine.
