基于电子鼻和电子舌融合技术的三七产地鉴别 被引量:2

Origin Identification of Panax notoginseng Based on Fusion Technology of Electronic Nose and Tongue

摘要 目的研究基于电子鼻和电子舌技术快速鉴别不同产地三七的方法。方法采用电子鼻和电子舌对11批不同产地三七样品的气味和滋味特征进行评价。基于单一感官信息和融合感官信息,采用主成分分析、偏最小二乘法和正交偏最小二乘法建立不同产地三七的判别模型。结果基于融合感官信息建立的判别模型对不同产地三七的识别率高于独立的电子鼻和电子舌信息,基于融合感官信息能够实现传统产区和新兴产区三七的快速鉴别。结论电子鼻和电子舌技术可用于不同产地三七的鉴别,智能感官数据融合后模型效果优于单独使用电子鼻或电子舌,为中药材产地鉴别提供参考。 Objective To develop a rapid identification method for Panax notoginseng(P.notoginseng)from different origins based on electronic nose and tongue technology.Methods Electronic nose and electronic tongue were used to evaluate the odor and taste characteristics of 11 batches of P notoginseng samples from different origins.Based on the single sensory information and the fused sensory information,principal component analysis(PCA),partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were used to establish the discriminant model of P notoginseng in different producing regions.Results The discrimination model demonstrates that multi-sensors data fusion presented obvious superiority to the independent electronic nose and tongue signals,and based on the fusion of sensory information,the rapid identification of P notoginseng from traditional and emerging producing areas could be realized.Conclusion The technology of electronic nose and tongue can be used for the identification of P notoginseng from different origins,and the effect of the model after intelligent sensory data fusion is better than that of using electronic nose or tongue alone,which provides reference for the identification of the origin of Chinese medicinal materials.
