摘要
针对传统物流配送方式效率低,配送网络复杂的问题,基于AHP法和聚类分析法对应急物流配送网络进行优化调整,重新规划配送中心选址,最短配送路线采用层次分析法设计。利用SPSS软件进行聚类分析,从而优化特殊时期下应急物资的配送路线,优化后的配送网络力求能用最快的速度响应,从而保障应急物流配送的时效性。
In view of the low efficiency of the traditional logistics distribution method and the complexity of the distribution network,the emergency logistics distribution network is optimized and adjusted based on the AHP method and the cluster analysis method,the location of the distribution center is re-planned,and the shortest distribution route is designed using the hierarchical analysis method.The shortest distribution route is designed by hierarchical analysis method.SPSS software is used to carry out cluster analysis,so as to optimize the distribution routes of emergency supplies under special periods,and the optimized distribution network strives to respond with the fastest speed,so as to guarantee the timeliness of emergency logistics distribution.
