摘要
中国石化中原油田普光天然气净化厂(以下简称普光天然气净化厂)已投产超过14年,蒸汽管道原设计采用硅酸铝棉进行保温,在极冷或暴雨等环境温度骤变时,保温设施散热损失量较大,容易造成再生蒸汽品质下降,影响胺液再生效果,存在烟气二氧化硫排放增大风险。通过开展蒸汽系统高效保温技术研究,优选蒸汽管道保温材料和保温结构,通过现场应用和测试,新型复合保温材料可减少蒸汽热损失约61%,单列装置每年可节约41万元以上的费用。
The Puguang natural gas purification plant of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oilfield has been in operation for more than 14 years.The original thermal insulation design of the steam pipeline is used by aluminum silicate cotton.When the ambient temperature drops suddenly,such as extreme cold or rainstorm,heat loss of the thermal insulation facilities is larger,which is easy to cause quality decline of the regeneration steam,affecting the regeneration effect of amine solution,and there is an increased risk of sulfur dioxide emissions from flue gas.Through the research on high efficiency thermal insulation technologies for steam systems and the optimization of insulation materials and structures,the new composite insulation materials can reduce steam heat loss by about 61%,and a single unit can save over 410000 yuan in annual expenses.
