摘要
中国石油大连石化公司(以下简称大连石化)270 kt/a硫磺回收装置2020年停工低负荷工况期间通过瓦斯伴烧保证了装置的平稳运行。瓦斯伴烧期间通过合理的配风及吹硫控制措施有效地避免了催化剂床层超温问题,同时配合烟气碱洗措施对运行过程中产生的SO_(2)进行吸收,保证装置停工期间烟气排放全部达标,实现绿色停工的目标。
The stable operation of the 270 kt/a sulfur recovery unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company was ensured by the gas concomitant combustion under the condition of shutdown and low load in 2020.During the gas-combustion period,overtemperature phenomena of the catalyst bed was effectively avoided through reasonable air supply and sulfur blowing control measures,and meanwhile,the SO_(2) generated in the operation was absorbed by flue gas alkali washing measures,the flue gas emission in shutdown period of the unit was reached the standard requirements,and the goal of green shutdown was achieved.
