摘要
烟草是慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)重要的发病因素。卷烟烟雾除通过炎症、感染、蛋白酶-抗蛋白酶失衡、氧化应激和直接损伤等机制导致COPD外,亦可通过引发机体自噬失调参与COPD的发病。本文总结了烟草导致的自噬失调如何从炎症、黏液高分泌、肺结构改变、感染、骨骼肌萎缩等方面参与COPD的发生发展,强调调控自噬可能是干预COPD的重要机制。
Tobacco is an important pathogenic factor for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Cigarette smoke generated by tobacco causes COPD through inflammatory response,infections,protease-antiprotease imbalance,oxidative stress and direct pulmonary injury.Besides,tobacco-induced autophagy dysregulation also participates in the pathogenesis of COPD.This article summarizes how cigarette smoke participates in the occurrence and development of COPD through autophagy dysregulation,including inflammation,mucus hypersecretion,destruction of lung structure,infection,skeletal muscle atrophy and other aspects,emphasizing the vital mechanism of regulating autophagy in intervening COPD.
