数字中国背景下智慧档案馆评价指标体系研究

智慧档案馆评价是智慧档案馆建设的重要内容,在数字中国建设大背景下,科学地做好智慧档案馆评价,建立评价指标体系是推动智慧档案馆建设的重要因素。本文基于国内智慧档案馆建设现状和基本逻辑,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法构造智慧档案馆评价指标体系并确定指标权重,最终形成3个一级指标、9个二级指标和37个三级指标的智慧档案馆评价指标体系,对各级智慧档案馆的建设和评价具有一定的指导意义。

The evaluation of wisdom archives is an important part of the construction of wisdom archives.Under the background of the construction of digital China,doing a good job in the evaluation of wisdom archives scientifically and establishing an evaluation indicator system are important factors to promote the construction of wisdom archives.Based on the current situation and basic logic of the construction of domestic wisdom archives,this paper uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the evaluation indicator system of wisdom archives and determine the indicator weights,and finally forms the evaluation indicator system of wisdom archives with 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators,which has certain guiding significance for the construction and evaluationof wisdomarchives atall levels.
